Inev acquires Stacke Hydraulik AB


On Wednesday 1st of December 2021, the group Inev (www.inev.com) acquired Stacke Hydraulik AB
(www.stackehydraulik.com).
Stacke Hydraulik AB produces hydraulic cylinders to demanding customers within mobile
applications. The cylinders are used for example within materialhandling, mining‐ and forestry
machines and cranes all over the world. Stacke Hydraulik is based in Skillingaryd.
Inev is a Swedish group founded 2017. Their management has great experience from, on a long‐term
basis, invest in businesses in Scandinavia with potential for development.

Stacke will as previous, continue to base their activity in Skillingaryd, with a strong and long‐term
owner.
Inev aquires Stacke Hydraulik from Urban Stacke Industri AB. Urban Stacke, owner and previous CEO:
